On October 29th, the Selo symposium in Zug celebrates its 15th anniversary. This event featuring presentations on mental health topics brings together professionals from medicine, business, and the social sector, as well as those affected and interested parties, to promote trialogical, interdisciplinary exchange and present practical counseling and therapy services.

The opening keynote will be delivered by Sebastian Haas, Medical Director of the Private Clinic Hohenegg Meilen. For this anniversary edition, he will provide both a retrospective and forward-looking perspective on the development of perception and treatment of mental illness over time.

Martin Keck, neuroscientist and specialist in psychiatry, will speak about innovative approaches and current knowledge regarding the use of phytotherapy, psychoactive substances, and microdosing in psychiatry.

Current challenges in psychiatry and psychotherapy will be addressed by Fulvia Rota, specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy.

In the fourth presentation, Marco Gebbers, Chief Physician and Medical Director of AMEOS Seeklinikum Brunnen, will discuss the challenges of dealing with neurodiverse individuals in the workplace and in psychiatric treatment.

The second part of the conference features a panel discussion with the speakers and our patron Marylou Selo, along with Markus Zwicky, President of the EQUILIBRIUM Association.
