A strong and healthy heart – that’s what we all want. And we can also do a lot to make this wish come true. Because the key is: Move! If every step counts and something good is done for the heart, then the Benefit Walk will take place on 29 September as part of World Heart Day 2015. The event was organised by the Swiss Heart Foundation, which invited young and old, large and small, to enjoy the two and a half kilometres along Lake Zug and in Zug’s old town on foot.

The aim is to strengthen the heart and run as much as the body allows. What is special about this is that the entire run can be held at your own pace. It is not speed or kilometres that count, but one’s own pace. The event will be framed by a large programme with many celebrities and politicians. On behalf of the Swiss Heart Foundation, Life Science Communication provided communicative support for the benefit walk «Every step counts».
