The current corona situation has fundamentally changed the everyday life of many senior citizens and has greatly reduced direct personal contact with family and friends. For many elderly people, this means increasing loneliness and isolation. digital real wants to help senior citizens, especially in these challenging times, to use digital applications so that they can make more use of video telephony and other aids.
For this reason, the information event was held in October 2020 in Liestal and Laufen. With an entertaining presentation, senior citizens were introduced to the world of the internet, apps, zoom, Skype, smartphones, tablets and computers. The tips and tricks for working with digital applications and devices could be tried out on site after the lecture.
