On Saturday, 16 November 2024, the YB-Wankdorf Stadium in Bern will become the centre of patient involvement in Switzerland. On this day, the first Swiss symposium on patient participation and involvement in healthcare will take place. EUPATI Switzerland is helping to organise this symposium as a partner. Under the title ‘Patient Preparedness – Shaping Our Roles across all levels’, the association is integrating the regular Swiss Patient Forum into the PPIE symposium this year.

The event is aimed at patient representatives who want to deepen their expertise and discuss aspects of patient advocacy. The organisers are expecting around 250 people to attend at the YB-Wankdorf Stadium.

As usual, the fifth Swiss Patient Forum organised by EUPATI Switzerland will include interactive workshops on current patient involvement topics and stimulating panel discussions with committed experts and patient representatives. The Swiss Patient Forum also offers excellent opportunities to network and exchange ideas with experts and other participants.

Life Science Communication manages the EUPATI Switzerland office and supports the association in the conception, organisation and implementation of the Swiss Patient Forum 2024.
