To mark Mental Health Day on 10 October, Johnson & Johnson held lunchtime events for all employees at its four largest Swiss locations. The theme was mental health and its importance at work and in private life. In many places it is still taboo to talk about mental health problems. Johnson & Johnson wants to combat this through the activities of its Employee Resource Groups. During four lunches in Town Hall Meetings, health topics were presented at stands focusing on depression and burnout.
