PatBox.ch is a new reporting platform where patients and relatives can directly report specific incidents or personal experiences. The platform is operated jointly by the Swiss Patient Organisation SPO and the Swiss Patient Safety Foundation and aims to strengthen the voice of patients and relatives in the healthcare system and contribute to patient safety.
Life Science Communication provided content support for the project and was involved in branding, naming and the implementation of communication measures. The agency also implemented the platform’s website.
